The 10-hour online course can be completed at your own pace and is designed to help you reflect on your current practice.

Releasing Potential say that the course is aimed at those working with young people in alternative settings or with SEN students in mainstream schools. Learning is rooted in the Releasing Potential approach – a collection of practices that empower professionals to put aside restraint as a tool for behaviour management and create an inclusive environment that works for all.
