GlobalGiving is the first and largest global crowdfunding community that connects charities, donors and companies in nearly every country around the world. They offer their charities a chance to access the funding, tools, training, and support they need to become more effective. This includes some cutting edge work around the use of feedback to strengthen and develop organisations.
GlobalGiving has developed a simple feedback loop (based on a simple Listen-Act-Learn model) which clearly explains the steps involved in embedding a culture of feedback within organisations.
In 2015 they instituted a Feedback Fund, offering organisations the opportunity to access financial and technical support to improve their feedback capacity. There are some very useful case studies on their website of organisations that have improved their effectiveness by systematising feedback.
